This temple was established over 150 years ago through intense tapas and devotion. It has been maintained as a family shrine by the Late Shri I.D. Narayana Iyer and his family . Omkara Parashakti Devi is present in the form of a trishulam and a consecrated vigraham. കഠിനമായ തപസ്സിലൂടെയും ഭക്തിയിലൂടെയും 150 വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥാപിതമായത്. ശ്രീ ഐ.ഡി നാരായണ അയ്യരും കുടുംബവുമാണ് ഈ കുടുംബ ക്ഷേത്രം പരിപാലിച്ചു പോരുന്നത്. ഓംകാര പരാശക്തി ദേവി ത്രിശൂല രൂപത്തിലും, പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ച വിഗ്രഹ രൂപത്തിലും ഇവിടെ കുടികൊള്ളുന്നു.
